Our upcoming Autumn Equinox Retreat is not far away.

The Vernal Equinox is the entry point between the Summer yang energies back
into the Autumn yin energies in the southern hemisphere.

We begin a new cycle through a phase of 'shedding our leaves' through
introspection and letting go to create the space for our evolving ‘path of
possibility’.

At this time, the sun is passing directly over the Earth’s equator causing day and night to be equal. The balance naturally happens on this day. We can
consciously use this energy to tweak areas in our lives that are out-of-balance
and celebrate areas that are balanced.

What to consider as a checkin before this next seasonal phase:

Are you investing enough time in self-care?
Are you making time for social life as well as business and family life?
Are you investing in your dreams?
Are you all go and no play?
Are you nurturing yourself as much as taking action?

Are you in the flow or stuck being in control?
Are there thoughts holding you back?
Do you have any beliefs that no longer apply?
Have you outgrown some internal stories or memories?
Are any relationships hindering you?
Have you fallen into any unhealthy habits?

This retreat is being held in the Lush Byron hinterland in Mullumbimby, here are the details: http://bit.ly/autumnequinoxretreat

Now more than ever regular physical and energetic attunement is the future for wellness and wholeness. All parts of us are on this human journey and honouring them through deep wellbeing practices, self-love, and sacred space is where we create the true balance within.

Our life's success and purpose flow from here. Please note single rooms are all taken, we now have twin share options available so bring your partner or friend along!

Looking forward to diving into the nourishing and restorative yin energies that Autumn brings. The main events include:

Cacao Dance and Ceremony
Hike on the land
Nature connection processes
Ice baths
Sound healing
Breathwork
Yin and yang movement, stillness and visualisation
Fire ceremony
Local indigenous elder story telling circle
Autumn season elemental knowledge (immunity focus)
