A nourishing evening involving yin yoga, a sound bath and sharing circle in honour of the Autumn Equinox.

Autumn equinox is a sacred time to pause and honour the balance between light and dark. It's a time to let go of the peak energy and intensity of summer and the festival season, preparing to slow down and turn inwards. The evening will include a sharing circle, yin yoga, a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments and reflection on how we are experiencing this time in the ever-changing cycle. Tea and snacks supplied.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.
