Autumn Holiday Adults Aerials

We have two one-off Adults Aerials classes on offer over the upcoming Autumn holiday break. They are a special 2 hour class offering, taught by the wonderful Nichola Hall and Samantha Campbell!

A great opportunity for current students to train an apparatus you don't usually work with. Beginners are welcome, and will get a great taste of different aerial apparatus'. The class will involve a comprehensive full body warm up, and aerials conditioning as well as drills and skills on aerial hoop, silks, hammocks and trapeze.

- wear fitted clothes that are stretchy and comfortable

- bring a water bottle

- please arrive 5-10 minutes early
