AUTUMN LUNCH ALONGSIDE PLATYPUS

 Stables Lamb Lunch under rusty chandelier, at shared antique tables, with vintage china, besides Platypus in our Dew Rivulet,
 is part of the month-long Tasmanian Autumn Festival showcasing the region's rich history, culture and natural wonders, celebrating the season’s beauty and bounty.                                   For larger numbers, lunch will be served in the heritage Wool Shed.

• Special Guest speakers from a range of Tasmanian cultural, natural and creative backgrounds will be making special appearances at most of the twelve lunches.   
• Topics include 
  Gin Distilling, Soap and Wild Game Salami making, Alpacas and Muster Dogs, Sustainability, Passion and Positive Disruption, Positive Impact Regenerative Tourism and Concepts and Solutions for fewer emissions.
