Autumn reminds us of the importance of letting go: making room for fresh perspectives and new beginnings.

Join Bella, Alec and Diana for a gorgeous evening of nourishment and care this season.

Yoga teacher and sound facilitator, Bella, will guide you through a yin practice, with a focus on releasing and grounding. She will also take you on a journey of sound and vibration, which will soothe and calm the nervous system.

Zenthai Therapists, Alec and Diana, will be moving through the room to help you relax and release even further with Zenthai Shiatsu massage: bodywork therapy through movement based touch incorporating stretching, rocking and acupressure.

The combination of these three modalities is like no other and a truly one of a kind experience. This is your chance to slow down, let go, reset and fully receive.

The evening is capped at 18, so you each get as much Zenthai as possible.
