    Autumn Retreat at Jauma Farm

    Saturday 18th May

    10am-5:30pm

    677 Mawson Road Lenswood

Join us at Jauma Farm for a day-long immersion retreat in celebration of Autumn.

Seasonal shifts are an opportunity to move ourselves into new rhythms and align with the cycles of nature.

Autumn is a time to slow our pace, tune inward and reflect, feast and enjoy the abundance of harvest, light the fire and connect with self and community.

We invite you to share in a day with us to mark these seasonal rhythms and enjoy time for nourishment and restoration.

    Retreat day details:

~ Welcome circle: meet each other and get settled in; tea, coffee and a morning tea snack.

~ Gentle hatha yoga practice with Sophie in the farm studio; experience a grounding practice to calm the mind and relax the nervous system.

~ Autumn Harvest Feast: a shared, farm to table vegetarian lunch.

~ Farm tour and forest walk: take an hour-long exploration around this beautiful 40 acre landscape- wander the vines and orchards, gather wild edible mushrooms under the pines, warm the body and breathe in the fresh hills air.

~ Forest valley meditation with James: spend some time resting deep among the trees and immerse your senses in the tranquility of nature.

~ Winery tour with James and wine tasting by the fire: enjoy a guided tour, barrel tastings of our fresh harvest, and learn Jauma’s production process from fruit to bottle.

    - Enjoy a Jauma wine tasting and afternoon tea snacks by the fire to finish the afternoon.

Retreats at the farm are limited to 12 guests.

Meals are vegetarian, please let us know if you have dietary requirements.

Yoga practices are accessible to all levels of experience and postures can be modified for pregnancy, injury or ability.

We look forward to sharing this blissful autumn day with you!

    With warmth,

    James and Sophie
