Once again VCA and Sands NZ have collaborated to bring this series of webinars about aspects of baby loss to midwifery students throughout the motu/country. The webinars will take place on Wednesday mornings (10:30am-11:30am) and Thursday evenings (8:30pm - 9:30pm). The sessions will be led by perinatal and infant loss educator, Vicki Culling, and we'll have input from bereaved parents who are part of the Sands NZ network.

While the Summer School was free of charge (because we were testing the concept), the Autumn Series has a cost of $12.50 per session/webinar or you can register for all four at a reduced cost of $40 (ncl GAT).

The topics covered in this series are:

May 5th/6th - All About Postmortem;
May 12th*/13th - Perinatal Hospice;
May 19th/20th - Ending a Wanted Pregnancy;
May 26th/27th - Self-Care for Midwives Working with Baby Loss

* the Wednesday May 12th session is from 2:00-3:00pm due to a conflicting event

If you register for a session, or all four, you can attend either on Wednesday or Thursday and you can alternate as it suits you.

You will receive a certificate at the completion of the webinars that you can add to your portfolio.
