Most people spend 95% of their days in their subconscious mind, on auto-pilot. They are looking to create transformation and changes but the mind is still firing the same thoughts, the same ideas, the same beliefs.

sOne of my favourite quotes to consider daily is this

watch your character, for it becomes your destiny”

Solstices and Equinox's are a powerful time to not only reflect but to mindfully create a life YOU want to live ~ an opportunity to wake up to your dreams

We will start the session with a short conscious breathing exercise, a little movement in the body and then we will go through some incredible thought provoking questions that will encourage you to reflect but to also look forward. We will then wrap up with another very short meditation/visualisation and if we have some time there' be an opportunity to share too.
