Join us for a supportive and nourishing workshop designed to guide you through the transitions of both the season and your life. As the leaves shift and fall, we’ll explore how to honour the changes within, particularly as you enter perimenopause, menopause, or any transition in your journey.
This gentle yoga session will offer a sacred space for release, reflection, and rejuvenation. Together, we’ll honour the wisdom of the autumn season and the inner strength that comes with embracing life’s shifts, helping you move through change with grace, clarity, and self-compassion.
No previous yoga experience required.

Yoga Nidra: A deeply relaxing guided meditation to calm the nervous system and connect with your inner wisdom.
Journaling & Reflection: Time to pause, connect with your inner thoughts, and explore guided journaling.
Sharing Circle: A space to share with others, if you feel called to, in a supportive and unpressured environment.
