Let your nervous system soften,

Unfold with the season,

rest with the earth.

Melt into the quiet medicine of Yin,

Turn inward,

Empty gently,

Heal deeper

And slow to the patter within.

Ushering you towards wintering,

Witnessing a homecoming.

Join our intimate Yin Circle as we learn and practise the principles of a yin and meditation practise.
