    Autumn Yoga Restorative Workshop

    Event description

    Over 3 hours, Jen will guide you through a sequence, designed to gently release tension in the hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders. 

    At the end of the workshop the space will remain open for those wanting to journal or enjoy some chai with fellow attendees. 

    Suitable for all levels. Please try not to eat large meals at least 3 hours before this practice.
