As the golden hues of autumn settle, we arrive at a powerful moment for reflection, balance, and release. This session aligns with the Full Moon, a time of heightened awareness and transformation—inviting you to clear stagnant energy, nourish your body, and reconnect with your inner flow.

🌬️ QIGONG FLOW (45 min) – Tap into the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a breath-led practice designed to support the lungs, enhance circulation, and cultivate inner stillness. As autumn prepares us for the seasonal shift ahead, we focus on letting go—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

🔊 SOUND IMMERSION (45 min)
Journey into deep rest as the frequencies of gong, Full Moon Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes recalibrate your nervous system and harmonise your energy. Gentle sound will also be offered along the Lung Meridian line, supporting emotional release and enhancing the flow of Qi through this vital energetic pathway. The Full Moon amplifies the power of sound healing, creating a potent space for deep surrender and renewal.

During this session, sound healing will focus along the Lung Meridian—a key energetic channel in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This meridian is associated with the Metal element, governing the lungs, skin, breath, and our capacity to let go. By working along this line, we support the release of grief, invite clarity, and nourish our connection to self through conscious breath and vibrational healing.
