Aviation Museum Family Day
Event description
On Sunday 6th December the Aviation Heritage Museum will throw open their doors, open their planes and welcome all families to our special Family Day!
The day will be jam-packed full of entertaining activities, exciting things to see and of course some open cockpits for little aviators out there to experience what it really feels like to be a pilot in the Airforce!
You are welcome to bring snacks along with you which can be consumed in designated areas and ice creams and drinks are available from our retail shop.
On the day children will receive a special museum pack, have the opportunity to sit in the cockpit of some of the planes and make their own paper model plane to take home.
As this is a ticketed event, make sure to get in early and buy your ticket to avoid disappointment on the day.
