Join Tracey Hawthorn, one of Canada’s leading specialists in well-being, as she discusses how you can replenish your sense of meaning, strive for work-life balance, and mobilize support and resources to increase your levels of contentment.

About Tracey Hawthorn

Tracey Hawthorn is a qualified Kinesiologist and Physiotherapist, dedicated to helping individuals (in particular teachers and faculty) to manage their well-being.

Charismatic and compassionate, Tracey is currently facilitating courses on Living with Balance to help teachers and other professionals to maintain a healthy work-life balance. She is certified to provide Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention Training and is a Certified Advisor of the National Standard on Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace. She has also completed training on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Tracey has received great recognition for her work, including one local and two national awards in British Columbia, and she is successful in influencing positive workplace cultures. Canada is the first country in the world to have a National Standard for Psychological Safety and Health in the Workplace and Tracey was recognized by the Mental Health Commission of Canada as a leader in this area. She is currently involved in the development of a National Standard for Post-Secondary Students.
