AVP BASIC WORKSHOP 13th & 14th July, 2024

The Basic AVP workshop focuses on Conflict Transformation which is based on self-awareness, one’s attitudes and skills tapped into when in communities.

It’s an experiential workshop, freeing energy through movement and sound, relaxing. 

It’s calming and connecting, exploring emotional balance, and using imagination. It uses quick actions or verbal responses requiring focus on the task.

AVP workshops seek to assist individuals in personal growth and change.    AVP is not therapy or counselling.

Workshops are usually limited to between 10 and 15 participants.

We (=4 AVP facilitators/ 2 from Adelaide) will run this 18 hour workshop on two consecutive days (SAT/SUN 13th/14th July) at a venue close to West Beach Park Retreat where Quakers have their Yearly Meeting in the preceding week, and some of our participants are likely to join us following on from this meeting.
