As a valued member of the AVPI network, we are pleased to invite you to the AVPI Experts In-Conversation event: ‘The Australia-Vietnam relationship in Vietnam’s rising era - what’s next for our economies?' in Sydney on 28 August 2025.
This event, facilitated by Ms Louise Adams, CEO of Aurecon and Australia’s Southeast Asia Business Champion for Vietnam, will feature a fireside chat between Ms Adams; Dr Huong Le Thu, Deputy Director of the Asia Program, International Crisis Group and Chair of the AVPI Advisory Board; and Mr Andrew Goledzinowski AM, former Australian Ambassador to Vietnam and AVPI Fellow.
Together, these subject matter experts will explore key developments in our shared region and the Australia-Vietnam relationship, including Vietnam’s political and economic priorities, the implications of an increasingly uncertain international environment for trade and investment, and opportunities for closer bilateral cooperation.
Following the conversation will be networking drinks and canapes where you can connect with fellow professionals active in the Australia-Vietnam relationship.
