Autistic parents often hold a lot at once. You may be helping your child through sensory overwhelm, big feelings or school stress. At the same time, you’re trying to manage your own energy, needs, and capacity.

When it feels hard to balance everyone's needs, it can be easy to blame yourself. But it’s not your fault. Karise McNamee from Paths with Purpose joins us to talk about shame, guilt and burnout. As well as ways Autistic parents can support their family without losing themselves.

In this webinar we’ll explore:

What low-capacity parenting can look like

Ways to stay connected as a family when you have less to give

Simple scripts and boundaries you can use at home

The strengths that can come from being an Autistic parent raising an Autistic child
