Through the gentle power of Spinal Energetics and the restorative frequency of Reiki, you will explore what is held in your body, how to feel and release it while been guided by an intuitive healer.

Whether you're seeking balance, stress release, or a moment of calm, this experience invites you to slow down and tune in with your energy and the incredible healing power of your own body.

Refreshments will be available post session during grounding and integration.

About Lauren Stewart

Lauren is a Reiki master teacher, Spinal Energetics practitioner, intuitive energy healer and trauma informed coach. Driven by a profound passion and purpose to support others, she founded Curated Energies to offer the transformative gift of healing and teaching others to reconnect to their own healing power.

Her journey into energetic medicine began with an instinctive calling as a teen, that lead her to experience profound shifts through energy healing. Overcoming physical and emotional pain of her own through these modalities, it has allowed her to reconnect with self, understand others and their own healing journey.

Lauren's approach blends modern techniques with the wisdom of ancient practices, offering a holistic path to healing to let go of what no longer serves you and to realign with your true purpose.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a modality created by Dr Sarah Jane Perri. It works with the spine, nervous system and energetic field to stir what's held in the body and move it. Using light touch (and often no touch), the body responds with natural movement and sound. It's not choreographed. It's not controlled. It's a response to something deeper, and often, long overdue. @spinalenegrgetics

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that works with the body’s natural life force energy to restore balance, promote relaxation and support the body’s own ability to heal. Using light hands-on and hands-off techniques, Reiki channels universal energy through the practitioner to the client, encouraging release of energetic blockages and creating space for physical, emotional and spiritual alignment. The experience is unique to each person, but many describe it as deeply calming, restorative and subtly transformative.
