    Breathwork is an umbrella term and consists of a variety of conscious breathing techniques that can down-regulate or up-regulate our nervous system as well asΒ assist us to breakthrough into our subconscious.Β 

    Experience aΒ combination of slow and fast, deep and rhythmic breathing techniques allowing you toΒ delve into your subconscious mind and tap into your body’s innate healing ability. Each journey is unique yet breakthrough breathwork can assist to releaseΒ any stagnant energy, blockages and trauma. Ultimately, assist to awaken, transcend what no longer serves you and reconnectΒ with your true essence.Β 


    Join Instructor, Ash Sahota, as she guides you on a journey of self discovery.


    Additionally, learn the science and highly effective techniques to integrate into daily life to ensure that you are breathing optimally to reduce physical, mental and emotional health issues.Β 

    No prior experience required. Suitable for beginners and advanced breathers.Β 

    BREATHWORK FACILITATOR:Β ASH SAHOTA

    Breathwork has been a catalyst in Ash’s journey, personal development and growth; an anchor in times of the most need with immediate effects when nothing else was working. Now, Ash passionately shares the gift of breathwork with others and empowers them to transform their lives.

    Ash is an Accredited Breathwork Facilitator (400 hours of training) and received her accreditation from Australia’s leading Breathwork Training.


    WHAT TO DO ANDΒ BRING

    • Avoid coffee, alcohol and stimulants 4-5 hours prior to the event.
    • Avoid eating food at leastΒ 1.5 hours prior to the event.
    • Wear comfortable clothing.Β Β 
    • Light cushion for your head.
    • Eye pillow (optional).
    • Water bottle.
    • Journal and pen.Β 
    • And of course, anΒ open mind and your beautiful openΒ heart.Β 


    We will provide yoga mats, blankets andΒ bolsters.Β 

    There isΒ free parking in the surrounding streetsΒ and the venue is opposite aΒ 96 tram stop.
