Time: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: Happiness Yoga, Bargara

Discover the transformative power of your breath in a safe, supportive space. Whether you’re curious about breathwork or a seasoned breather,
The Innate Breath invites you to explore your inner world through conscious connected breathwork.

We aim to share Monthly Breathwork Circles to support you in connecting, healing and awakening.
Each month, we bring in a new theme to invite opportunities for a deeper enquiry into how you can bring even more joy and happiness into your lifestyle.

Facilitated by Sarhan Allen and Alexander Rodwell, this trauma-informed experience is designed for those seeking to access joy, ease anxiety, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their healing journey. With a focus on trust, connection, and education, we blend rebirthing breathwork principles, which is a more yin-style breathwork with somatic exercises and nervous system regulation practices allowing you to unlock deeper joy and connection.
