Awaken to Spring with Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya

A cleansing and renewing journey to welcome the arrival of Spring. As the wheel of the year turns this is an invitation to honour this shift within us. To shake off the dust, blow on the embers of your inner fire and enliven your spirit as we welcome the growing light and warmth.

Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya is a system of transformational practices from the Yog-Vedantic Tradition and are a combination of Pranayama (yogic breathing), Kriya (the Yoga of energy), mantra (sound vibration), mudra, (hand positions to focus energy) asana (postures), embodied movement and wisdom.

Before being guided through the journey, there will be a brief contextual talk offering insights into the philosophy and tradition behind these sacred technologies. Before completion there will be space for quiet reflection, chats, tea and light refreshments to ground and integrate the process.

Please bring a water bottle, a journal or pen and paper, and wear layered clothing enabling you to move freely and be warm.

This practice is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of conscious breath and embodied movement practices.
