Your journey will be led by the esteemed Chelita Kahutianui o-te-Rangi Zainey, a respected Māori Healing Facilitator with over a decade of experience in Rongoā Māori and Kaimirimiri practices. Chelita’s insights and teachings will inspire and empower you throughout the workshop.

This workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of Māori Healing while immersing you in its core principles—tikanga (protocols), wairua (spirituality), and ahua (essence). You will gain hands-on experience in various healing modalities, including:

Mareikura/Whatukura: Balancing Divine Feminine and Masculine energies

An introduction to Hau Tapu Breathwork, Taonga Pūoro sound journeys, and journaling
Workshop Schedule
Day One (10 AM - 4 PM): We’ll kick off with an opening activation and karakia, followed by a day filled with learning and interactive activities, including breathwork, movement, and nourishing food.
Day Two (10 AM - 5 PM): This day is all about applying what you’ve learned. Engage in interactive, kinesthetic learning, with opportunities to both receive and implement healing techniques. We’ll wrap up with a debrief and feedback session.
