We are so pleased that you are joining us for the @EventName

A couple of suggestions for an optimum experience:

Please wear comfortable clothing with layers, as during movement and breathwork, your body temperature may change.
Bring your water bottle, a journal, and a pen if you wish to consolidate your experience.
It is advisable not to eat for an hour before our workshop.
You might like a personal cushion or blanket to ground you, or other small items to add to our altar.

Please let us know before the workshop if you have any serious conditions. This is to ensure that we can provide alternatives to keep you safe, as needed. We have clients who attend pre and post-operation with limited mobility, so we will adjust for you.

The Neighbourhood Space at 4a Eustace Street, Manly, NSW, 2095 is upstairs, and we will arrange assistance if needed.

The toilet is downstairs next to the front door. All props and mats are provided for your session.

If you want to get in touch, please email nid@nidsnidra.com or text +61452634093, or bodyalch3my@gmail.com

Much love

Nid & Diana
