Event description

Start your morning with a journey of sound, movement and connection facilitated by DJ Lasya (Lissy White) and Carly Phillips

We'll connect to the wisdom of the body and the beat within, as the rising sun greets us over the Pacific ocean with views of Cape Kidnappers.

Guided by Carly and the uplifting beats of DJ Laysa we will gather, move and centre - shaking off the stagnant and stillness of the depths of winter - welcoming this transformation into the renewal, growth and expansion of the light of spring.

What a powerful way to begin your weekend, as we welcome in the change of seasons.

Kawakawa tea on arrival (if you like) to support us in lighting the fire within.

Lissy White is a devoted yoga teacher, ecstatic dance DJ, and spiritual life coach for women. With over 1,200 hours of formal yoga training in Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, traditional yoga, yoga therapy and trauma informed yoga, she brings depth, heart, and embodied wisdom to her offerings. Having spent nearly a decade studying in India, her work is deeply rooted in yogic philosophy and sacred practice. She creates transformative spaces where those who attend can come home to themselves through movement, breath, meditation and embodiment — awakening to self-worth, power, love and joy.

Carly Phillips weaves together her background in counselling and somatic practice along with a decade of guiding yoga in tantric, yin, and pregnancy styles - with her love of movement and music. She returns to her facilitation of ecstatic dance inviting you to drop the mask and let the body lead. Offering a space where movement becomes medicine and expression, a pathway to wholeness. Carly holds a container that is safe, grounded, and inclusive — allowing participants to explore stillness, vitality, and authentic expression in community. Expect an invitation to move as you truly are in celebration of embodiment, play, and connection. Warmth, laughter, and being.
