AWAKEN WITHIN - A One Day Retreat

"an awakening of a dimension of reality beyond the confines of the ego. The ego is our exclusive sense of Self or “I.” This awakening occurs when the ego lets go and creates space for something else, something deeper to arise and awaken within. This is your true essence of Self."

Join your facilitators Krystle and Mandy for a full day focused on you!!

Your One Day Retreat will include:

YOUR MIND:
(x 4 mini workshops)

Understanding Your Mind
Going Deeper Into Self
Creating Space
Finding Your Inner Compass

YOUR BODY:

Wholesome + delicious lunch & healthy snacks
Luscious Restorative Yoga Practice

YOUR SOUL:

Reverence to Self through Sacred Cacao Ceremony
Connecting with your true essence + like minded individuals

Over 6 soulful hours, Krystle and Mandy will hold space and guide you through a variety of techniques that will allow you to shed what no longer serves you.

This will then create space for the beauty of life that awaits you. A life full of inner peace, freedom and soul connection.

You will leave feeling authentically empowered, as you will align your personality to your soul and what your heart desires.

You will feel a deep sense of connection to yourself, your passions and to others.

You’ll discover the driven, determined and inspired Self with a new sense of clarity on your life and what you need to do to create this highest version of self and living.

During early life, we create our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world. Sometimes they serve us, other times they hinder us in becoming the best versions of ourselves.

This One Day Retreat provides you with a safe space to reconnect + harmonise with who you are.

So together, through connection to Self, we will peel off layers of who you thought you were and re-discover and awaken to who you really are.

Achieving your highest potential and complete happiness in life will be so much easier as your thoughts and beliefs will be aligned to your true Self.

This fits nicely with a lovely Autumn’s Day (Fall) where the old leaves start to fall away, making space for new leaves to grow and flourish. We will do the same. We will shed the old, letting go of outdated ways of thinking and being and become comfortable with our true selves.

No more trying to “fit in” as you’ll be empowered more than ever to be just

you.

Liberating all of you and giving you the confidence to feel safe to step out of “the box” and express your unique self into the world.

A clean slate for you to grow and flourish awaits you.

It is your time to AWAKEN WITHIN.
