Over 6 soulful hours, Krystle and Mandy will hold space and guide you through a variety of techniques that will allow you to shed what no longer serves you.

This will then create space for the beauty of life that awaits you. A life full of inner peace, freedom and soul connection.

You will leave feeling authentically empowered, as you will align your personality to your soul and what your heart desires.

You will feel a deep sense of connection to yourself, your passions and to others.

You’ll discover the driven, determined and inspired Self with a new sense of clarity on your life and what you need to do to create this highest version of self and living.

During early life, we create our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world. Sometimes they serve us, other times they hinder us in becoming the best versions of ourselves.

This One Day Retreat provides you with a safe space to reconnect + harmonise with who you are.

So together, through connection to Self, we will peel off layers of who you thought you were and re-discover and awaken to who you really are.

Achieving your highest potential and complete happiness in life will be so much easier as your thoughts and beliefs will be aligned to your true Self.

This fits nicely with a lovely Autumn’s Day (Fall) where the old leaves start to fall away, making space for new leaves to grow and flourish. We will do the same. We will shed the old, letting go of outdated ways of thinking and being and become comfortable with our true selves.

$199. Spots are limited to provide an intimate, supportive and connected session. Allowing space for personal guidance also.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing but your beautiful self + an open mind. Be prepared to leave feeling empowered + energised.

Fully catered wholesome lunch, drinks + snacks

A healthy lunch suitable for gluten free, vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters will be provided as well as healthy snacks. To make it extra delicious - we have raw slices from @middlegroundfood + kombucha available.

You will also be provided with a journal and pen, however if you have a special journal you would like to use, feel free to bring that along.

What about COVID-19?

Please note that a COVID-19 Safety Plan will be in place. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be made available to participants.
