Awaken Within is a 2.5-hour immersive experience combining grounding Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Energy Flow Activation.

This session is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself. Through breath, movement, and energy activation, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body, soften the mind, and open space within. As the nervous system settles and stored tension begins to release, your own life force energy is invited to awaken and move more freely from within.

Designed for those seeking more than a typical wellness class, this experience offers a deeper journey into presence, release, and inner connection.

Debora will begin with guided pranayama and breathwork to gently calm the nervous system and draw awareness inward. From there, she will guide an embodied, slow-paced Hatha Yoga practice weaving mindful movement, longer-held postures, and breath-led transitions. The practice gradually builds an energetic arc, awakening vitality, opening the body, and deepening presence, before slowing down into stillness and surrender, helping you become more receptive to the energy already within you.

The yoga practice then transitions into a 60-minute Kundalini Energy Flow Activation guided by Cibele. You will lie down and allow the energy to flow as carefully curated music plays in the background. There is nothing you need to do, simply rest and receive. This experience works with your own life force energy, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting the release of what no longer serves you, while inviting a natural state of balance and ease across the body, mind, and emotional state.

Preparing for the session:

• Wear comfortable clothes
• Bring a bottle of water
• Bring a pillow or cushion if you prefer to use one when lying down on the mat
• Try not to eat 2 hours before the session (or have something light)
• Mats and eye masks will be provided

Cancellation policy

Refunds are available up to 3 days before the event (excluding booking fee).

Hatha Yoga and Kundalini may not be suitable for:

• Recent injuries or surgery
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Late-stage pregnancy
• Any condition where movement or extended rest on the floor is not advised

Debora Silva
Debora is a women’s health integrative nutritionist and certified yoga teacher. Her work focuses on nourishment, nervous system regulation, embodied movement and sustainable wellbeing practices. She brings a grounded and thoughtful approach to facilitating spaces that support self-connection and presence.

Cibele Mascagna
Cibele is a certified Reiki practitioner and Kundalini Revive facilitator, guiding others through energy balance, inner healing, and personal transformation. Her journey began with Usui Reiki and has since expanded through Kundalini trainings and other energy healing modalities. With a grounded and nurturing presence, Cibele creates a safe, heart-led space where clients can soften, restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and feel deeply supported throughout their journey.
