Join international yoga teacher and holistic therapist Lara Zilibowitz alongside ceremonial musician HOLLOWAY for a deeply nurturing and illuminating journey inward - a joyous opportunity to connect to yourself intimately and authentically.

Through the gentle yet profound practices of somatic yin yoga, paired with medicinal sounds, you’ll be invited to soften into the raw, embodied truth of your present-moment experience.

With the support of a blindfold, you will have the chance to quiet external distractions and truly awaken the senses to the magic and mystery within.

Together, we’ll cultivate the loving art of interoception - the ability to listen deeply to the language of the body in order to receive its messages; the unique flavours and textures and energies beneath the surface longing to be integrated back into the field of love.

This event is an invitation to slow down and tend to your bodymind through inspired movement, meditation, music and song.
