🤍 Join Dee for a calming 75-minute session to honour the October Full Moon — a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect

We’ll begin with a gentle sacred cacao ritual, inviting you to open the heart and set your intentions under the energy of the full moon.

Then, through a blend of Yin Yoga, crystal bowl sound healing, and intentional stillness, you’ll be guided inward to reflect, release, and restore.

This offering invites you to soften into the body, settle the mind, and align with the grounding energy of the full moon - a time to let go of what no longer serves and return to clarity.

✨ What’s included:

A sacred cacao ritual + guided intention setting
Gentle Yin-inspired poses (beginner-friendly)
Crystal bowl sound healing + guided stillness
Oracle card pull (optional)

🧺 What to Bring:

A water bottle
Wear anything that helps you feel cozy
Eye pillow
Yourself, just as you are

🪷 No need to speak or share - this is a quiet, nurturing space to simply reconnect with your own voice, in your own way. Open to all bodies, all levels, and all walks of life.
