Unlock the full potential of your core energy with this 6-week course centred on 8 Trigram Qigong—a dynamic, flowing system rooted in Taoist philosophy and designed to cultivate vitality, resilience, and inner harmony. The focus will be on activating and strengthening the Lower Dan Tian, your body’s core energy centre, through movements that work the body across all planes of motion—circular, spiral, forward, backward, and lateral. This holistic approach helps build deep core stability and promotes dynamic energy flow throughout the body.

Throughout the course, we will also incorporate Meridian Qigong to open the body’s energy pathways and release blockages, along with select movements from Ba Duan Jin (8 Pieces of Brocade Qigong) to build overall strength, resilience, and vitality.

One of the signature movements you’ll practice is "Serving Teacups", which uses a combination of circular and spiral motions to strengthen core stability, promote energy flow, and enhance flexibility. This movement exemplifies how Qigong can cultivate both power and grace while activating your body’s full range of motion.
