Step into a powerful breathwork experience designed to awaken your energy and bring you fully back to life.

This immersive session invites you to reconnect with your inner vitality through the power of your breath. Guided throughout, you’ll learn how to use your breath as a tool to move energy through the body, release stored tension, and create a shift in both mind and body.

As the breath deepens, you’ll begin to feel a sense of clarity and expansion — opening space within, quieting the mind, and reconnecting you to a deeper sense of presence and self. This is a practice that not only supports you in the moment, but offers a tool you can carry with you into everyday life.

For those who feel called to deepen the experience, you’re invited to continue with an ice bath and sauna following the session — a powerful way to enhance the effects of the breathwork. This addition supports integration, builds resilience, and amplifies the sense of clarity, energy, and full-body reset.

You will be gently guided throughout the entire journey and encouraged to move at your own pace, always honouring your body and your experience. No prior experience is needed — simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

About the Practice

This style of breathwork is rooted in the ancient yogic practice of pranayama — the art of working with prana, or life-force energy, through conscious breath.

By slowing and guiding the breath — primarily through the nose — and exploring gentle rhythms, breath holds, and occasional audible breathing, we begin to build and circulate energy through the body. Supported by carefully selected music, this becomes a deeply immersive journey inward.

These practices support the regulation of the nervous system, helping to soften stored tension and emotion, and gently guide the body out of stress and into a state of calm, safety, and balance.

Simple yet powerful, breathwork can support:

Reduced stress and nervous system regulation
Emotional release and deeper relaxation
Increased energy, clarity, and mood
Improved sleep and overall wellbeing
A deeper connection to self and inner awareness

Each session is a guided journey, held in a safe and supportive space, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
