Awaken Your Freedom is back at the Awake Water Temple in Sydney with Wild & Free!!!

In Spring we start to wake up our bodies and rebirth.
In Spring, the Wood element connects to the plant Kingdom and animal Realm. Your primordial and savage animal is awaiting to express its instincts and feel its powers from within!

We will connect to our totem animal and unleash its wild and free soul amongst our lovely Awaken Your Freedom community 

We will dive into what need to be released in order to be liberated from our cages!!Open and connect to your wild self. Be away from the hustle and bustle of life, let your inner animal walk and talk, feed your instincts and feel its powers! You will receive the most hidden messages in this transmission

We will explore your animal feelings, get inspired by its movements, and eventually be one with your animal essence through a Shamanic journey

Together without judgement, we will inspire each other with fun and acknowledge our New Earth tribe

We open our hearts and souls drinking Cacao, expressing, drumming in a sacred circle, dancing and healing together. Breathe and feel the love around you.

       ~ Sound Bath: Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, medicine drum,
          rattles, didgeridoo, broomstick, handpan, throat singing..

       ~ Jamming - bring your instrument or try out our instruments. Get wild and express yourself!

𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆: 6.15pm-10pm. Doors open at 6.15 for you to settle into the space before we begin the ceremony at 6.30pm. Stick around after 10pm for chats and musical jamming. Feel free to bring snacks for sharing.

She is also an Hypnotherapist, NLP positive psychologist and Kinesiologist. Giada plays Shamanic Drums and rattles in communion with the elements and channels Divine Love from the celestial realms. Lindsay is also a Certified Educator & stockist for Rainbow Sounds (makers of Australian high purity, 432hz tuned Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls) and trains students to be exceptional sound practitioners. Lindsay has also completed her Level 1 tuning forks training with the Sound Healing Academy. She also trained as a Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner (Yin Breathwork) with Suntara (Daniel Coates) in Bali.
