Welcome to BREATH BY CANDLELIGHT - Awaken your heart - A journey to love

Join us for a transformative 2hr journey into your heart. Starley and Tanya will be guiding you through an integrative experience to awaken your heart intelligence and cultivate qualities of the heart chakra: love, compassion, detachment, surrender, trust, gratefulness and devotion.

This is more than a class — it’s a sacred journey inward. Through intentional breath, movement, and energy activation, we open the doors to the heart and allow its intelligence to guide us. As the heart expands, we begin to release what no longer serves and invite in clarity, compassion, and joy.

Himalayan Integrative Practice

A breathwork experience rooted in the ancient Himalayan Kriya tradition — Using Kriya yoga, pranayama, mantra’s, mudra’s, Vinyasa flow and Kirtan - all powerful pathways to reconnect with your heart, clear stagnant energy, and awaken a deep sense of inner aliveness.

This integrated approach is designed to accelerate your energy flow and awaken higher states of awareness. When we move energy through the heart, we soften emotional armor and access the fullness of who we truly are.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply energized — with a spacious heart and a calm, clear mind.

Vinyasa Flow
Through soft flowing movement, extended holds, fluid laya movements, and mindful breathing, you will gently release tension in the shoulders, back and your side body so you are able to tap into the wellspring of love within your heart.

Step off the mat feeling open, grounded, and completely renewed.

Kirtan

Following our breathwork and movement experience, we will enjoy some Kirtan, which allows the vibrational energy of sound to penetrate deeper, facilitating emotional release and enhancing feelings of love and compassion. This combination creates a holistic healing experience that nurtures both the body and spirit to further elevate and expand your heart.

Reminder:

- Avoid caffeine on the day of Heart Awakening

- Eat light before you attend. No food or heavy beverages to be consumed within 3hrs of practice.

- Dress comfortably

- Bring a comfy blanket

- Bring a water bottle

- Bring a journal in case you wish to note down any insights received during or after the practice.

Tickets - will be checked upon entry, so please bring your ID, your phone or a printout of a ticket.

All mats and bolsters are provided.

Please arrive at BHAV no later then 5.50pm.

This practice is open to all levels. Our Breathwork sessions are fully guided, which means guests do not need any prior experience.

Please let us know upon arrival If you have any serious injuries, have high blood pressure or are pregnant.
