Awaken your Heart's Intelligence

This event serves to empower you to awaken one of the most intelligent and powerful forces on earth, your heart. Science is only just beginning to catch up to what the ancients have known for eons, that the heart holds an intelligence capable of positively transforming every aspect of your life. This ceremony will provide you with a fusion of ancient wisdom and the latest scientific research upon understanding how your heart is more than just an organ the pumps blood throughout your body but in fact a sensory organ that holds its own form of intelligence. As you to learn to harness its innate power you empower and elevate your life in truly supernatural ways.

Learning to awaken the heart and tap into its profound intelligence has been measured scientifically and the benefits of heart coherence are numerous, not the least to mention lower blood pressure, improved nervous system and hormonal balance, and improved brain function. The bottom line is, if you can maintain and sustain elevated emotional states, independent of the conditions in your external environment, you can access higher intuitive states that can result in a better understanding of ourselves and others, help prevent stressful patterns that occur in our life, increase mental clarity, and promote better discernment.

This event has been designed for both beginner and advanced meditators. If you’ve been apart of my previous heart coherence ceremonies you’ll be in for a treat as we will be expanding on new science, wisdom and evidence based tools & techniques for you to integrate into your own at home practises and daily life.

Since knowledge is the precursor for experience, allow your mind to be expanded by the infinite potential of your heart's intelligence and gain clarity upon how you can implement heart coherence in your everyday life. Since knowledge is for the mind then experience is for the body. Followed will be an immersive experience where you'll get to lie back and apply the wisdom you've just been seeded through a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound healing designed specifically for your to enter into deeper coherence and relationship to your heart's divine intelligence.

So if you are seeking to transform your shadows of stress, doubt, fear, overwhelm, anxiety & pain. To reconnect to your innate wisdom, power and attune to the coherent field of your hearts intelligence. Allowing you to align to your innate state of being of profound wholeness, clarity, love, joy, vitality & flow, then I invite you to join me upon this journey into awakening the connection with your greatest ally, your heart.

"This is a pivotal moment in the story of humanity where ancient wisdom, and modern science are intersecting to provide us with the technology and scientific understanding to learn, not only how to more effectively and efficiently manage emotions, but also what that means for our health, relationships, energy levels, and personal and collective evolution. It doesn’t require moving mountains-only changing our internal state of being. This allows us to alter the way we act with one another, replacing stressful situations with positive experiences that give us energy, fill our spirit and leave us with a sense of wholeness, connection and unity. The brain may think but when you turn your heart into an instrument of perception, it knows."

Benefits of Crystal Bowls Sound Healing

Utilising the power of 9 ‘crystal tones’ alchemy bowls which hold the capacity to help facilitate entrainment and induce brainwave states such as alpha, theta & gamma. Waves associated with deep meditative and peaceful states that are proven to be highly conducive to healing. Allowing you to move from your sympathetic (fight or flight) into to your parasympathetic system (healing & restoration). Assisting in creating greater coherence in our hearts, brains, cells, tissues, organs and more. As well as allowing you to enter into the seat of your subconscious mind where our memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, beliefs and perceptions function like a computer program running over 95% of our lives. Benefits of Heart Coherence

-Heart coherence sets into motion a cascade of at least 1400 biochemical changes in the body that promote growth and repair.

-When your heart becomes coherent your nervous system responds by increasing the brains energy, creativity and intuition which has a positive effect on virtually every organ in the body.

-The heart produces the strongest magnetic field in the body - 5000x greater than the field produced by the brain. Not only does the hearts magnetic pulse reverberate through every cell of the body but it also produces a field around your body that can be measured up to 3m away.

Heart Math Institute

The Heart Math Institute defines Heart Intelligence as:

“The flow of awareness, understanding and intuition we experience when the mind and emotions are brought into coherent alignment with the heart. It can be activated through self-initiated practice, and the more we pay attention when we sense the heart is speaking to us or guiding us, the greater our ability to access this intelligence and guidance more frequently. Heart intelligence underlies cellular organisation and guides and evolves organisms toward increased order, awareness and coherence of their bodies’ systems.”

The HeartMath Institutes research has concluded that:

“Intelligence and intuition are heightened when we learn to listen more deeply to our own heart. It’s through learning how to decipher messages we receive from our heart that we gain the keen perception needed to effectively manage our emotions in the midst of life’s challenges. The more we learn to listen to and follow our heart intelligence, the more educated, balanced and coherent our emotions become. Without the guiding influence of the heart we easily fall prey to reactive emotions such as insecurity, anger, fear and blame as well as other energy-draining reactions and behaviours.”

Their leading scientific research has found that the hearts intelligence has many unique abilities

The heart sends us emotional and intuitive signals to help govern our lives.
The heart directs and aligns many systems in the body so that they can function in harmony with one another.
The heart is in constant communication with the brain. The heart’s intrinsic brain and nervous system relay information back to the brain in the cranium, creating a two-way communication system between heart and brain.
The heart makes many of its own decisions.
The heart starts beating in the unborn foetus before the brain has been formed, a process scientists call auto rhythmic.
Humans form an emotional brain long before a rational one, and a beating heart before either.
The heart has its own independent complex nervous system known as “the brain in the heart.”
