Join me for a mid week reset as I guide you though a beautiful journey of Breathwork and mediation that will ignite your inner power and connect you back to your self. There is a lot of energy within the collective, especially over the last few years. It's very easy to lose sight of what we want, our mission and what we truly want out of life. It is so easy to get caught up in the day to day life and as a result we loose touch with ourselves.
If you are looking to deepen your mind-body connection, explore greater levels of self awareness, tap into your intuition, release blockages, find deeper levels of self love, connect with like minded people, then this is for you.
I believe you can only take someone as far as your willing to go yourself and through my journey I have been to the depths of my soul as well as experienced pure joy ecstasy and happiness. I have danced between the dark and the light which this allows me to hold a deep space for all my clients. My containers are a very safe space to express yourself with no judgments. This allows you to completely surrender to the experience and know that you will be held every step of the way.
This class is for everybody. it doesn't matter if you're a seasoned breath worker or have never done Breathwork before. This class is a journey through different types of breaths that range from stabilising your nervous system to energising. Combining Breath, movement, music and visualisation techniques has the most profound and transformational effects on your mind body and soul.
Breathwork and meditation bring us back to ourselves. Breathwork is the practice of tuning into our breath and consciously altering our breathing pattern to change our state. When we work with our breath, we regulate our nervous system, refine our focus, attention and balance our energy systems.
Being able to regulate our breath is a large part of our ability to be resilient. This means how much stress we can handle and what we can tolerate before we activate the stress response. Regular breathwork has proven that we are able to increase our wiondow of tolerance and not get triggered as easily.
Breathwork is more than just for stress relief, we can embody these practices to foster a deeper understanding of ourself and become more vibrant and gain energy, These tools help us shift into an immersive beautiful spoace of the present moment as we connect deep within ourselves and each other.
Breathwork can really help you to tap into your intuition, gain insights, increase confidence and self worth. It brings you back home to your heart and this is the place where your true authentic self is.

IMPORTANT- Please have the ability to have your camera on during the laydown portion of the Breathwork session. Foe safety reasons you need to be seen on camera while doing Transformational Breathing. This segment will be 15-20 min max.

Contraindications for breathwork: Epilepsy, recent surgery, cardiovascular problems, severe mental health disorders such as psychosis and heavy medications. If you are concerned please seek medical advice before attending the breathwork session. Please don't take alcohol or other substances the day of the event. No food 1 hr prior to the event.
