Week 1 - Sunday May 4th	Root Chakra	Grounding – Understand the importance of grounding to reduce stress, anxiety and anchor your inspired ideas effectively.
Week 2 - Sunday May 11th	Sacral Chakra	Creative expression – Explore and express your emotions in healthy and enjoyable ways through creative play.
Week 3 - Sunday May 18th	Solar Plexus Chakra	Shine a light on your fears - Bring awareness to your repressed fears to help you get unstuck and unleash new levels of freedom and expression in your life.
Week 4 - Sunday May 25th	Heart Chakra	Higher Self connection – Learn to communicate with your heart and soul and the importance of healing to align with your true self.
Week 5 - Sunday June 1st	Throat Chakra	Sing your soul song – Expressing yourself more confidently in constructive ways and discover the power of the spoken word.
Week 6 - Sunday June 8th	Third Eye Chakra	Intuition, downloads, signs & synchronicities – Develop your intuitive abilities and exploring your dance with the Divine.
Week 7 - Sunday June 15th	Crown Chakra	Meditation & prayer – Explore the benefits of these practices and your connection with God/ Great Spirit.

About the Facilitator

Lisa Eva Maria is a spiritual teacher, counsellor and practical mystic. She spent several years delivering and facilitating retreats, workshops and holding space to support hundreds of family caregivers from diverse cultures, ages and circumstances to support general health and wellbeing. To be of loving and compassionate service was an integral part of her healing journey after the trauma associated with the birth of her daughter eleven years ago, the need to navigate new territory in medical support, the disability sector and a marriage breakdown. By learning to care for herself and deepen her connection with the Divine, she unlocked aspects of herself which held the sacred medicine to help heal the heart and soul. Lisa also discovered that as she healed, her daughter’s circumstances improved. Lisa's journey highlights that miracles are possible when you shift your perception from fear to love and welcome in the grace of God.
