During this journey of breathwork and yoga, we will awaken the energy of the Warrior - a symbol of courage and presence in Hatha Yoga.

The Warrior is not only a posture, but a state of mind: moving forward with grounding, intention, and clarity.


In today’s fast-paced world, the idea of being a “warrior” is often mistaken for being strong, competitive, individualistic, and driven by ego. But in this workshop, we return to the essence of the true Warrior: presence, inner strength, and conscious discipline.

Together, we will explore how the ancient wisdom of yoga continues to resonate in our modern lives. Rooted in Hatha Yoga, the original form of yoga, from which all modern styles have emerged, this practice invites us to unite body, breath, and mind, and to embody the timeless spirit of the Warrior.


What to expect:

We’ll practice breath, movement and presence:

• A grounding opening meditation to arrive in space

• An introduction to the story of the Warrior in yoga tradition

• A sequence of Hatha yoga postures, exploring alignment and stability

• Guided breathwork and Pranayama exercices to build resilience through your nervous system, harmonise emotions, strengthen immune system

• A closing tea ceremony and sharing circle

This session will support you to:

• Regulate your nervous system

• Build mental and physical resilience

• Release emotional blockages through movement and breath

• Cultivate inner strenght and clarity

• Deepen your connection to your intuition

🧘‍♀️ No experience needed - all levels welcome.

Meet your guides

Eleonore

Eleonore trained in breathwork with Australia's leader Johannes Egberts and Breathless Expeditions. After starting her career in cultural marketing, an emotional shock led her to reconnect with what had always called her: healing.

Trauma-informed, her sessions combine breath control exercises and connected conscious breathing. With her empathy and willingness to help each of us develop our full potential, Eleonore creates a safe space during her sessions and guides us on the path to emotional release and nervous system balance. We find presence, insight and relaxation.

Shannon

Shannon is a yoga teacher, podcast host, and guide for life transitions.

After years spent in a fast-paced corporate world, she chose to step away from the noise to reconnect with herself, and now helps others do the same.

Her teaching blends somatic awareness, breath, and intuitive movement to create a space where every part of you is welcome.

Shannon’s classes are soft yet deep, grounded in the present moment, and invite you to slow down, tune in, and let your body speak.
