In this workshop we’ll be exploring yogic breathing techniques, specific spinal mobility practices - both solo & with a partner, as well as locomotive drills, all for the purpose of ‘waking up your spine’ and unwinding your nervous system.

This workshop blends ancient yogic philosophy with the latest research on how gaining control of your spine can help increase increase the quality of your life exponentially.
