During this 5 hour Self Care Day Retreat you will truely nurture and nourish your mind, body and soul!

You will start your day with a relaxing Yin Yoga Class (suitable for all levels) and Meditation to really allow you to let any stress from your external world and mind just wash away so that you can be open to receive for the rest of the day.

This will be followed by some Conscious Connected Breathwork to reset your nervous system, to bring you into your parasympathetic nervous system where you experience deep relaxation, flow, clarity and peace.

Next you will have some light nourishing snacks suitable for gluten & dairy free and some herbal tea. (If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements please let us know when you book).

You will then have the opportunity to take some time to connect to yourself, to reflect on yourself and life through some guided journaling. Providing you with some inspiration and guidance for yourself and life moving forward.

To finish we will immerse ourselves in a very relaxing Sauna session and optional ice bath. You will have the option to alternate between the sauna and ice bath. I will be there to motivate you and talk you through the session.

The benefits of a sauna include detoxification, increased metabolism, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation. The benefits of an ice bath includes improved mental health and wellbeing, increased self confidence, improves muscle soreness and recovery, enhances circulation, improves mood and immunity. Not to mention it is also fun to step out of your comfort zone!!

You will leave this retreat feeling grounded, relaxed, reconnected to self, centred and with your cup truly full!

-blanket and pillow for restorative yoga
