Awakening Awareness: An Introduction to Qigong and the Five Elements

Qigong is one of the oldest movement and healing practices in the world. It's a living tradition from China that works with the body's energy, or qi, to cultivate health, clarity, and a sense of belonging in the wider web of life.

In this two-hour introductory session, we'll move gently through a Five-Element qigong practice. The Five Elements form the framework at the heart of Chinese medicine and Taoist thought, mapping the relationship between nature, the body, and the rhythms of our lives.

No experience, flexibility, or fitness required. Just a willingness to slow down and pay attention.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes you can move in. Water. An open mind.
