There is no quicker way to get there than through guided Breathwork.

Unlock your nervous system, by-pass your conscious monkey mind, that never gives you a moment of peace and go deep into all the programming, limiting beliefs and inner child core wounding.

Truly meet yourself there and get FREE!

Dismantle reality that no longer serves you and Recalibrate reality to align with your highest purpose and potential.

Our breath is the gateway to our subconscious mind, unlocking and releasing the bodies wisdom of held secrets.

I guide you through powerful Conscious Connected breathing techniques, hypnotic guided visualization and frequency music that will take you on a journey into the deep recesses of your subconscious mind to heal negative patterns, limiting beliefs and connect you to the healing and wisdom of your inner child.

Sacred Souls Breathwork method incorporates many breathing and healing modalities that not only allow for rapid release and deep healing, we help you to regulate and take power of your nervous system, reducing the effects of the sympathetic nervous system and increasing Vagal tone, which many other breathwork modalities fail to address effectively.

You will have a profound understanding of what has been controlling your life and how you can finally be free to be your true authentic self.

This journey also incorporates live sound healing, the use of Audio Enhanced Headphones, somatic body work and 2 very experienced facilitators.
