(please note this is not 9D breathwork - these sessions are channelled spontaneously and not pre-recorded)

Please observe the following in participating:

No coffee on the day of the journey
No food 2-4 hours prior to the journey
Stay well hydrated throughout the day
Wear loose comfortable clothing - No belts or Bras
Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water and journal
