What to Bring and how to prepare

Yoga mat, blankets, small pillow

Eye mask or scarf to cover eyes during breathwork and other experiences.

Water

Journal and pen, coloured pencils and crayons

Wear light comfortable clothing, layers, loose waist band.

A sacred object from nature - this maybe a flower, leaves, stone, crystal, shell etc.

Please eat a light breakfast before 8 am.

Do not have coffee on the day

Do not have alcohol or other substances minimum 3 days before the event.
