Awakening Calm - Embodying Water Part 1
Event description
🧘♀️
Join Tahlia from Heal Well & Senior Teacher Tash Pinter for a deeply restorative evening immersed in the wisdom of the moon and the element of water.
Set in the tranquil embrace of The Fernery, this intimate gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and surrender to the quiet intelligence of your inner waters. Our evening practice (Saturday Night) honors the passive, fluid, and receptive qualities of lunar energy—guiding you into a state of deep restoration through lymphatic bodywork, breath, and stillness. Embodying flow without force.
Through gentle yet potent techniques, you’ll unwind the nervous system, steady the mind, and attune to the subtle rhythms within.
Leave feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply restored—your nervous system reset, your body nurtured, and your heart at ease.
