Awakening Calm is a sanctuary for your nervous system, designed to melt away layers of fatigue and refill your cup from the inside out.

Together, we’ll sink into:

✨ Gentle restorative movement through Yin Yoga to soften tension

All levels of yoga experience are warmly welcome, and all genders are invited to join.

*** No props provided onsite bring all the props you need to make yourself comfortable & supported. Tahlia Seinor is a master of holistic restoration — a Lymphatic Bodyworker, Zenthai Shiatsu Practitioner, and Diagnostic Nutritionist. Through Heal Well, she combines expert knowledge with intuitive care to support your body’s detoxification, balance your nervous system, and unlock deep, lasting vitality.

Tash Pinter is a Senior Teacher in Tantra, yoga, and meditation with over 16 years of experience in education. Her workshops bring these timeless practices to life in ways that resonate powerfully with the needs of the modern world.
