Break the Spell is a high-intensity 9D Breathwork immersion built to strip back the layers of conditioning that keep you feeling small.

This is my favourite session I run.
What the journey looks like
You'll be guided through 69 minutes of active mouth breathing, illusion-shattering prompts, and immersive multidimensional sound. The intensity builds in waves so your system has time to charge before each release.
Two peak moments sit at the heart of the session.
The first, at the 36 minute mark, is a 90 second breath hold followed by a primal scream. This is where the weight of mass conditioning gets discharged.
The second, near the end, is a final imprint that anchors the awakened state into your cellular memory.
You'll finish with a slow return through nasal breathing and a higher-self visualisation to integrate what surfaced.

Unfortunately no, This event is not suitable for pregnant women.
- I have a pre-existing medical condition that affects my ability to breathe, can I still attend?
The breathing techniques can be modified for people with pre-exisiting conditions, although it is best to consult your doctor beforehand and get their approval.
- What to wear?
Comfort is the key here! where what makes you feel the most comfortable!
- What to bring?
I supply everything you need for your journey! I would recommend bringing a water bottle for after the event.
- I have never experienced breath work before, is this ok?
Absolutely! You will be fully guided through the process. Have zero expectations and let your self go and you will have an amazing experience.
