  • Engage in meaningful activities and exercises that help you connect the dots with your past experiences, your current situation and how you can shape the journey ahead
  • Identify and face the fears that stand in the way of your dreams. Activate the inspiration and belief you need to get past the hurdles and roadblocks you will face and develop strategies to overcome these
