She has been a musician all her life, then starting her Yogic studies over 8 years ago evolved into deeper interest in Sound and Vibrational Medicine. Sound and Intention = Healing, this resonated deeply!

Journeying around the world through Spain, India, and South America, she connected into deeper healing modalities including Ancestral Work, Women’s Circles, Group Workshops and Plant Medicine in Peru. However, her passion is music and Cacao in ceremony, sharing this heart opening medicine is a true blessing.

Arriving back in Australia she is continuing studies in Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and Shamanism, and she is ready to share her Sounds and Energy.

SHAKTI also known as KUNDALINI is a Sanskrit word that means to ignite ‘serpent power’. In other words, it’s the power of consciousness. The primordial cosmic energy that represents the active forces that ascend from the root chakra located at the perineum. She lies there, mostly dormant in everyone, said to be coiled three and a half times.

Sometimes, she is awakened and moves through the sushumna, activating the chakras as her energy moves upwards, bringing new states of consciousness at each level. To transform ancestral DNA imprints, unravelling limiting beliefs, programs, emotional patterns, physical blocks from birth, childhood, and past experiences. Activating the goddess-warrior within by expressing how she wants to be in the world rather than taking on assumed obligations. Also discovering the uncharted terrain of her psyche and soul to unchain her SHAKTI.

For centuries, women from all tribes, all over the world would come together in sacred circle to include ceremony and ritual. Creating a safe space for women to awakening and reclaim the “SHAKTI” the divine feminine spiritual power within themselves

However, the inception of the patriarch world created a social system that gave power and authority to men. This created an imbalance. They took away the pagans, witches, mystics, goddesses, shamans who were in touch with the natural world including the moon and mother earth. The sacred feminine wasn’t valued and she became repressed and disconnected from herself, as religion cast out all the magic and mystery. In fact, this had once been guarded in Hindu religion as the strictest secret for thousands of years from women.

In this millennium, there is a generation of women awakening, by collectively coming together in sisterhood and initiating practices to revolutionise and radically change woman’s perception and reality. It is a wonderful journey to ascend into a sacred pilgrimage of other worldly worlds. Beyond the depths of our conscious mind into greater emotional intelligence and spiritual fulfillment. Women can begin to start feeling their true divinity in their body and Honora themselves. It is a path to healing, self-love, nurturing and bringing their feminine energy out into the world.

Whether you are on a path to awakening, or just out to experience something new and healing, these processes honour timeless wisdom of ancient, shamanic, yogic traditions with emerging new paradigm method of healing and awakening.
