Awakening through Movement, a Neo Latihan Experience, invites you into movement that isn’t choreographed, fixed, or for show. It’s about listening. Sensing. Letting your body become the voice of what lives underneath the surface.

We’ll blindfold ourselves—not to shut the world out, but to turn inward more fully. From there, we drop into presence. Let the music guide you. Let the mystery move you. Let what wants to be felt, be felt.

We meet ourselves—and each other—from that place. Nothing to perform. Nothing to prove. Just the simple, sacred truth of being in motion.

What to expect:

• Guided opening meditation

• Surrendered, intuitive movement practice

• A intentional container for authentic expression

• Doors open at 6:30pm and close to new arrivals at 6:45.

This is an invitation to let go of control, to trust your body, and to rediscover the ecstasy of simply being. No dance experience needed. Just bring yourself, your breath, and an open heart.
