Awakening to Love - Couples workshop series

Awakening to Love is a series of 3 beautifully crafted work (play) shops that build upon one another, for couples who are wanting to find deeper connection and expanded love in their relationship. 

To find the tools to navigate the ups and downs and the internal triggers that a life journeying with another brings.  

As a couple it doesn't take long before the honeymoon period is gone and whilst you still love your person, daily life responsibilities of children and work start to erode your love bubble and perhaps at times you secretly feel the love is gone, OUCH!  We can easily loose our connection to one another through the lens of preconception and the way we listen and show up as we look in the mirror of our beloved.  

Relationships are the greatest pathway to Awakening if you know how to navigate it's often stormy waters and the deeper meaning of your connection. 

I will guide you in some beautiful simple and fun experiences that will alter you from within and allow you to see your love with fresh new eyes. 

You will come away from these workshops with a profound sense of inner self love, deeper authentic connection to self and others and a renewed purpose to your union.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can sit on the floor and move in.  Bring cushions, rugs, water bottle, journal and pen.
