AWAKENING WELLBEING in NATURE

           A Green Prescription


Spring! A time of new beginnings.

If you’re part of our community chances are you already have a deep appreciation for nature and a mindful approach to life.

We invite you to join our ‘Green Prescription’ - a series of creative, nature based activities designed to inspire and support your wellbeing.

These gentle, playful sessions offer an opportunity to slow down and reconnect, practice slow looking and mindful observation, deepen your listening and awareness, and to explore creativity in a relaxed, welcoming environment. 


No experience necessary - just a willingness to be curious and present.

VenueWirraminna Education Centre, Howlong Rd, Burrumbuttock NSW

Date: Sunday 26 October, 2025
Time: 10am - 3.30pm
Contribution: $60 or Concession $50

- Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes

Your Facilitators
Ben Humphries, BirdLife Australia - Birds on Farms SNSW

Ben is based on Wiradjuri Country in Albury. He is a Project Coordinator for Southern NSW Woodland Birds. Ben enjoys engaging with landowners and community groups to promote the ‘Birds on Farms’ project by raising awareness of the need to protect, create and maintain woodland bird habitat. In addition he supports people to connect with Country through our birds.
 
Sandra Collins of Riverstone Stories is an established local Community Artist.

Her creative practice focuses on fostering creativity, expression and developing connections with nature, self and community. She holds a deep connection with nature and uses its inspiration throughout her creative practice.
